I mean, it's just... And you know when you're frustrating the hell out of a team at the time.

So, yeah, it was a lot of fun.

But to me, it was all about winning whatever it took.

On a nightly basis, some nights it's different.

And that particular night was...

A good feeling.

And Marty, who was very loose, and that's what made him great as far as a goaltender.

And he didn't face a lot of shots on particular nights.

But when it did come, that's when, you know, what makes a goaltender special.

He was able to focus.

And that's not easy, I would imagine, for any goaltender.

But he kind of got a chuckle out of it and says, yeah, I'll be ready, Daniel, when the chance does come.

And they just didn't come that night in particular.

You know, when we did make the change in the 90s, it was kind of refreshing because black was kind of the cool color, the cool color, the in color.

So black and red was kind of

you know, what you wanted.

I think at the time, all of us did as players.

But then you go back to the retro jerseys and watching the guys now, and I'm going, he gets sentimental and going, that's how he started.

And that was the colors.
