But at this stage, it's expected to be near enough as conclusion.
The charge he's actually facing is still attempted murder.
There was a feeling he was kind of waiting to see what would happen.
The two other guys.
Yeah, the two other guys.
But, you know, maybe, and look, they didn't get the biggest sentence in the world considering a crime.
So there might have been an expectation that he might have cut his losses and come home, but he still hasn't done that.
Yes, I suppose his most significant conviction here is he got an eight and a half year jail sentence in relation to an armed robbery of a jewellery shop in Galway.
At the time, he was working, now deceased, I think we nicknamed the devil, Eugene Cullen from Crumlin.
He was a convicted gangland murderer himself.
He's since died in prison of a drugs overdose back in 2015.
But Carabini and Cullen...
basically targeted a high end jewellery shop in Galway and they got caught after a garrity chase I think they were caught maybe in the Atmarai area again which is typical of Carabini once he got bail he fled ran into trouble in the UK as well where he ended up on BBC Crimewatch after escaping from a
Welsh court.
But anyway, he did come back to Ireland and he did his sentence of eight and a half years.
And I suppose he wasn't out that long before he allegedly got involved in all the stuff in the south inner city, which the belief is he'd done it for monetary gain.
He's always had a serious drugs problem.
Yeah, he was, you know, he was one of the very, in that particular feud, he was one of the very most senior players.
He'd been actually arrested a number of times for serious crimes before that murder actually happened on a Friday night in Talla many years ago, you know, but...
Yeah, there was a number of individuals convicted in relation to that.
