Um but assuming those are taken care of, then I'm my goal is to have

uh the definitive documents in front of us uh in july

Uh we have a board meeting on July fifteenth.

So potentially that day or maybe have to call a a special meeting right around there.

But that gives us a month and a half to really fine tune uh the documents and to come into an agreement on the unresolved issues.

that is the goal.

I've I've giv I've given that date to internally to our folks.

Uh I've shared that with the Rays.

That's what we're shooting for.

And so we're gonna do that.

You think that's doable?

That's doable.

I think it's doable, assuming all the parties continue to to work together.

Negotiating in in good faith and

and keep providing the necessary information and documents in a timely fashion and it's certainly doable.

Um it's not gonna be easy.

Our folks they really are working around the clock.

Uh weekends, nights, Mother's Day.

Um our folks are working as the Rays are.

And um so I'm I'm confident that that we're gonna get there.
