So there was a big change there.

There were some changes to the board there.

It didn't work.

a decision last year to extend Michael Voss's contract into this year.

I think you need to look a bit further back than that just to find out what was happening there, how it all evolved, whether Brian Cook handover to Graham Wright occurred, what was the dynamic there.

It's very complicated.

The board is a very important part of a club.

The chair of the club is a terribly important role.

Andrew Demetrio said once that the four important roles in a football club are the captain, the coach, the chief executive, and the president, and they all need to be prepared to charge over the hill together at the same time.

It's a pretty good description.

When that doesn't happen, when you're leaving the captain or the coach behind, there's a serious problem there.
