But when it starts to bounce around a little bit, that gets tested all the time.
And I probably felt a little bit of that at different stages because we never ultimately got to a grand final.

And we were starting to get tested because we couldn't quite take that next step.
So your culture gets really stretched, really, really stretched when the performance doesn't continue to have incremental growth.
It's a bloody tough game to do incremental growth in every year and accept it.
