Let yourself relax a little bit because you realize that you're not being taken advantage of.
It's very, very difficult because like you said, you could be in the ring in 24 hours and erase that back into it.
Your mind is not all trapped in that one moment.
with, with, with fighting, man, you know, obviously now they go, you know, a year or two years without fighting.
Well, we, I mean, we were doing it every other month or, or every month sometimes.
Um, so, but it was probably at least, I would say six to eight weeks before you could really erase that.
And so for, for me, the way, uh, I used to do it was, and even wrestling, it, it, it,
It's almost the same medicine is that when you get back in there and start training and working out, all of that goes away because now you're focused on something else.
But at the same time, I do believe that you have to move on, but also believe you have to learn from what you did so that you don't go back and repeat that because you just kind of
Throw in a wing and don't think about it.
I think you have to focus on it.
And in fighting, that's what we did.
We would literally look at it and see how did you get there and why did you get there?
And let's work through that in training so that we make sure that we get better at that.
And you get, you know, three, four years into your career and you work through all of those, especially as you do in pro wrestling, where you work through all those things, what your flaws were.
now all of a sudden you become you start rising to that level like if you look at stone cold steve austin before he actually hit the attitude there he was just another wrestler but he had to learn what and what would work and the things that he was doing that was working and and was not working and be able to try to build this character so that he could get to where he was at fighting is no different it's the same thing man you have to be able to understand
You know, the things that you're doing well and things that are your weaknesses and you have to really focus on trying to make those better.
Yeah.
And again, there was a lot of pressure on this, and this is more in the world of MMA, is that I had built up and I was a world champion and things were going very well for me.
And then I had this big fight with Sever in the second one.
