No, there's definitely like footwork drills and stuff that I I especially with that I used to do in like college for amateur wrestling.
Um and I probably will end up doing that again.
I used to actually there's these things called they're like dopaba bands are called and you'd tie them to your feet and like use them and they would have resistance to make your feet work faster, like train to work faster.
Um, under like weighted stuff.
So I'll probably do that.

No, but these have like um it's like a resistant band.
So I guess it's like body weight type thing.
But it definitely does cause resistance will make it harder.

I feel like obviously with the size difference I will definitely have I don't think she's faster than me and that's something that I can

Like I know that I have way more speed and I I feel like I'm very technical and that's something that I can bring to the table.
