If we take a painkiller, it'll take care of the headaches we might have.
When you take a certain psychedelic or plant medicine, it's the only unique medicine that's out there.
What you get out of it, even if we get the same dose at the same time and drink it,
in the same setting, you will get a completely different experience that your mind and your body wants you to get out of it and a completely different lesson.
And so that's been one of the fascinating things for me.
And I realized like for me, it was a journey of love and loving myself.

Listen, again, I don't know what's in her heart.
I just know that those actions nearly cost me my life.
I forgive her and ABC in the sense that it allowed me to get on this journey of self-discovery.
Because if not for those experiences, I would not have been where I am right now.
So I'm thankful and appreciative of that overall.
Well, listen, at the end of this journey, I realized that I kind of had a spiritual awakening.
I had issues with the spirit world.
When you grow up in the South or you grow up in the Caribbean, you think about Obia and you're fearful of the spirit world.
