And to just be appreciative of where I am and what I'm doing.
And I was just like, wait, it took you 20, 30 years to tell me this?

And then one thing led to another.
I was having a conversation with
A guy that I met who does environmental work in the Amazon, and he brought it up again and talked about how it helps people with their mental health.
And conversations led to another, led to another, and then boom.
I quit my job in Miami after being there six months, woke up three days later and said, you know what?
It's time.
I want to do ayahuasca.
And I'm like, where did that voice come from that tells me I'm going to do ayahuasca?
And so I think even if I had not discovered plant medicine, they would have discovered me because they knew that this was a way for me to survive.
And I know this sounds kind of weird and hooey and all that kind of stuff.
And I'm not that one that that person when I started this whole process.
But I entirely believe it.
The shaman says that it just draws you to it.
So while a lot of people are doing ayahuasca and these different plant medicines.
