But with a friend, I'm like, how do I manage this?

I see, you know, more cognitive, you know, how it affects your ability to reason and be logical and to see reality as it is, not as you would like it to be.
I'm an addictions and mental health therapist.
Yeah, absolutely.
Anxiousness, yeah, definitely anxiety.
Even her daughter, her daughter entered into counseling.
Her daughter's in her 20s, and she's been now suggesting that her mom do this.
