So everybody the whole country was the whole world was kind of, oh, okay, well, this is gonna be weird.

And I thought, well, if that that's gonna happen, I'm gonna have fun.

You know, so I was I was down in the Virgin Islands and I was I was I was you know having a blast.

And the place that I rented had two uh blue wicker rocking chairs.

And I I stayed there for like three or four years.

And I remember I came in from town and I had I had a cup that tall, full about, you know, cool.

Coconut rum and and Diet Coke.

And I went out there and sat in that chair

And I was looking up at it was beautiful.

I was and I was, you know, rock up right on the beach and I was looking up at the sky.

There was a million stars in the sky.

And I had to drink between my legs and I fell asleep.

And I woke up the next morning with the sun coming right over the hill and I was covered in mosquito bites.

And that day I started writing down the lyrics to Old Blue Chair.
