I think the other thing is about confidence is doing exercise.
Not confidence, but motivation.
If you're walking and you're outside and you're doing some exercise, that makes a huge impact on how you feel.
Totally.
And how your mind feels.
More motivated.
And that's an element.
Your body has to feel that.
And yet you achieved already so much in that.

If you enjoy something, it doesn't feel like a chore.
Yeah, that's the thing, yeah.
So when you have to do something like... Coursework.
Something in your life that you don't really enjoy and it drags you down, that's hard.
That's the bit you've got to get yourself up.
Because you can do something, if you're a sportsman or the job you do you love, you just go in there, you don't think about it, you're just thriving.
