sort of reassess the situation you're in and just go, I used to, I mean, I remember when I was playing rugby, I had goals in my head that I wanted to play for Scotland, I wanted to do this, I wanted to win that, I wanted to win this, I wanted to do well, you know, I did all these little goals and when I finished playing rugby, the goals all disappeared because I thought I didn't need them there.
