Um and I do think that they sensed that Larkin was frustrated by the lack of uh postseason.
But I also th I think they saw Larkin as part of the problem that, you know, his leadership uh, you know, could have been stronger in terms of uh getting this you know, when you know, March has been
uh their problem month and uh in m in March they haven't been able to rise up and I think they blame Larkin for that.
But I think you know where it's gonna change everything is if Larkin decides
that he can live with this new management group, that he likes Horkoff, he thinks they're going into play.
I think it'll be a little easier on him.
It's still gonna be hard.
I make no mistake about it.
Like he's gonna get booed because there was, you know, a feeling of betrayal as you as you uh called it.
And I think that's fair.
Um but I think it is gonna be easier and we all know that sports uh you know, they love a redemption story.
Uh, you know, we there's many
instances where that is has happened.
So I I think, you know, this the way it's played out now, I think it sort of opens the door for Horcop.
To set in Larkin's live living room and say, Hey, look.
Um and really
This is absolutely critical for the Red Wings.
Like they have one s one scoring center.
You know, if if Larkin is trading and they don't get a center back, which they're not likely to, um, their leading returning goal scorer is J T Comfort.
Uh among among the centers.
