It's just when he's going through it,

How does he kind of be competitive enough to not walk six guys, get the middle of the order out when he's supposed to get it out?

I think that's what he's trying to learn.

And I think he'll learn it because he's a good pitcher.

Yeah, he had one whiff on the split finger.

He had two whiffs on the slider.

Like, again, this is what the Yankees do.

You know, the Yankees are not just up there swinging at everything that they throw at you.

Like, you know, that's why a fastball command, again, we talked to John today, and I asked John about him, and he says he's got those strikes.

No matter which one of the three he's throwing, they all got to be for strikes.

That's how he gets dudes in swing mode.

That's how he gets them chasing the strike to ball, split finger, or slider is to attack the zone with the fastball.

And it's an art pitching with the lead.

We've talked to enough veteran guys who a lot of the times don't know how to do that.

How instead of making your pitch do you aim bigger?

I'm just not sure he knows how to do that right now, right?

Instead of trying to make the perfect pitch all the time, which, you know, it's just not feasible.

So, yeah, he's grinding through it.

You know, this is just a – I'd take him over some other guys they got.
