That's things that he's kind of going through that just you can close your eyes as a Jays fan.

And, you know, I'm not saying they're better than they were last year.

But if he got hot and George got hot for a while, they're better than a bunch of them other teams in the American League.

I talked to a bunch of people in spring training that were very happy that he was going to be hitting cleanup and getting those 30-plus homers from him.

Now, they knew he might hit 220 doing it, but that's 30 big ones that could be hitting right smack dab in the middle of your lineup driving in.

You don't hear anything about it.

80 to 90 runs.

I have no idea where he's at.

I haven't asked because we're talking about other things.

But that's a big loss.

A lot of guys don't know how to hit 30 homers in the big leagues.

You know, he was one of the best at it, doing that for a three- or four-year span.

So, yeah, that's a big loss.

I know everybody rolls their eyes at that.

No, exactly.

But having that dude as you're, you know, playing wherever he'd play in the outfield, you could take the bad defense because he's hitting a bunch of homers, and then you don't have him, and then Addison Barger gets hurt, and those homers with traffic on the bases, which I think last year Addison was second on the team in that behind Springer.
