I know it's kind of known as a touristy area and it's got those picture postcard picture perfect touch cottages and stuff but like there's a lot of businesses around there's a big local yeah yeah as you know like I've been in with you many times over the years like we've got tons of friends like Annette went to college with all living in Adair there's a good few of them like live just outside I mean there's a massive local catchment area there alone and it's that

Yeah, it is.

Yeah, but it's good to have that insurance policy with two massive, like, hotels either side.

I mean, you're guaranteed a catchment off them, whatever way you shake the stick.
