You know, we didn't have duvets.

It was just blankets.

And we'd have to fight him for my dad's top coat.

You know, my big brother would get my dad's heavy coat because he was the big brother.

We was on bunk beds.

I was on the bottom bunk.

My other brother was on his own bed.

And I'd say, my big brother used to get me dad's coat and I used to lie on the bottom bunk and wait till he was asleep.

And my dad's top heavy coat had like a silver shiny lining, silky lining.

So I just put my hand up when I heard him asleep and I'd pull the coat off, slide it off and put it on me.

Do you know what I mean?

It was all the stuff he did.

And what was the household like as well, the atmosphere?

It was a madhouse, you know.

It was the 70s, like eight people in a house, you know.

It's just like three boys, three girls, the madness, you know.

I was the sort of wild one.

When we say wild, how wild would you go?

My brothers and sisters, you know, they're great, but they didn't sort of like get into...

I was the only one that brought the police to the door and stuff, you know.
