He's like, Yeah. matched

How many Olympic athletes do you know that won a gold medal that didn't have a coach and weren't part of a team? matched

I'm like, wow, great point. matched

So that was I've had a coach ever since for twenty years that always pushed me to the next level. matched

I think it's made me a better coach and a better leader. matched

Uh, but I just still think there's a lot of people out there that have overinflated self-worth and they don't think they need a coach and they think they've learned it all and they've read all the books and everything else. matched

But I still think having an out this goes back to the book Blind Blaming, Beyond Blind Blaming, where I talk about, look, it's physiologically impossible for you to see your own flaws. matched

You need somebody from outside of your sphere of influence because we're all stuck with our successes and our failures. matched

They could seem bulletproof and we're not. matched

And I think one of the best things that I've done this year is hire a therapist. matched

That's been one of my best investments, uh, because that person has nailed some just deep seated thinking that I've had since a child. matched

That's been my and we've had one of our best years that I've ever had and I give the the therapist credit for that. matched

So I have a therapist, I have two coaches that coach me in different parts of my lives in my business. matched

And it's uh once you get to it, it's addicted. matched

I'm not saying everybody has to be psycho and crazy like me. matched

But I'm always trying to get to that next level. matched

And I think when they find people like you, Dawn, it makes a huge difference. matched

And one of the reasons is because that's my favorite last question to ask every guest I have is that you clearly learn to invest in yourself. matched
