Let's say, again, S&P 500.

Companies are listed in the U.S.

The S&P 500 is a U.S.

index.

But the fund is domiciled, meaning it lives in where its country of origin is.

Where it's registered.

We want it to be EU domiciled.

Yes.

Now, the reason for this is tax treatment.

So UCTIS is a European term for Unit Trust Collectible Instruments.

Maybe I think I butchered that.

But it comes down to tax treatment.

Second thing is, most of the EU domicile funds will either be in Luxembourg or in Ireland.

We want them to be EU domiciled from a tax treatment perspective.

They qualify for exit tax, and this makes reporting significantly easier.

We can get into what the taxes are in a moment.

But the currency is important.

And another reason why we want them to be Euro domiciled is we earn income in Euro.

We should be investing in Euro and thinking in Euro.
