So they actually physically can say, yeah, look, within our bank account or within our custodian accounts is the right term, we own the appropriate number of units of NVIDIA or Alphabet or Apple to make up the index.

So there's two things.

This is the human psychology versus the data.

So the data tells you that there is so many different case studies and research on this that it's really hard to determine what's the better outcome.

But this is where you lean on the psychology.

So particularly if you're a new investor, I would encourage you to look at euro cost averaging.

So the first part is, many people anyway, to begin with, they don't have a lump sum.

It's small increments.

And I think that's a good way, good practice to get into the

build up muscle memory of just doing it get on the app and like doing a little piece the second thing is if you're a new investor and you put you know your money in that 1200 euro and it dips you know it's not a good it's not a good experience at the beginning whereas if you had said well I will put in 100 euro
