Tom, I'm going to pigeonhole you as the jock from your show here because I like to end the show asking for advice to those who are trying to break in.

For you, Tom, if you come across...

former players or players reaching the end of their careers?

Because certainly in this city, you know, you've gotten to know Bears players over the years.

I'm sure some Bears players have come to you and said, hey, I see what you've built.

I mean, what you've built for 30 years now is incredible because it's so hard.

It's so hard to make that transition.

So if you have some of these former players or soon to be former players that ask you about deciding to go into broadcast, what kind of advice do you give them?

And there are so few of these jobs nowadays, too.

I mean, you can't you really can't fake it because someone else is going to be gunner for that job.

And, you know, Sylvie, where where you and I are respective hometowns and where you and I live, there's probably a lot more people who want to be Mark Silverman than want to go into the NFL.

So you you encounter a lot of people who probably are doing play by play at their houses and they want to go into broadcast.

They want to be a sports talk host.

It's really interesting because when I have people on the show, like there are so many more avenues to get your voice out there.

But there's only there are so few that you can get do it for full time job and obviously support a family.

So when you're talking to young people who are asking you about breaking into sports broadcast, what's kind of the advice you give them?

So you guys have been together for 19 years in the air.
