And it worked out very well.
When Arians was dismissed by the owner, it was the owner who said, we're going to hire Todd Haley.
And they've had some of the best offensive numbers this organization's
You know, his assistants were getting hired around the league.
Well, Belichick's were getting hired, but they were utterly unsuccessful compared to Belichick or anyone else.
When you look at the people who were hired off his staff, they all failed.
So, look, if this is going to be the model like Seattle's, where it's general manager-centric, and Los Angeles, and Rams, Philly, I'm happy with it.
Because we needed an influence.
And I'm glad McCarthy is acquiescent because he doesn't know everything either.
He hasn't been very much successful either.
