And then I get in the sauna.
And the saunas, that's, see, go in there right when you're tired.
And you just step in at 195 degrees.
I'm sitting there for 20 minutes.
You don't need to, but you can do that if it's 50.
You can, I mean, it's probably giving you the same result if you do 15 minutes at 50 as you're doing three minutes at 34.
It's probably giving you the same result or similar result.
The whole idea is that you freak your body out and it produces cold shock proteins.
You know the one where you just β Yeah.
I think the cold water is a different animal though.
It gets in your bones more, right?
Like when you'd get out of the cryotherapy machine, when you get out of there, within a couple of minutes, you're like, whoo, you're okay.
You get out of that cold water, like for a fucking half an hour, you're like, Jesus Christ.
But that was the way I would warm up.
