You know, if we happened to be walking down a street and they were on the same side, one of us would cross over to the other side so we wouldn't even have to acknowledge one another.

I mean, you know, we never saw one another in the bowels of the buildings.

You know, we always were sure to go the opposite way they did.

You know, you're not sure what you would do given the situation away from the ice.

But on the ice, there was no love lost.

And I think Kenny Linsman took a penalty early in Game 7, and they scored a goal off it.

And I know Gretz very uncharacteristically lost it on Kenny on the bench, which really emphasized how important that series was.

I mean, Gretz, that was very uncharacteristic of him to do something like that.

And I remember everybody's...

had the sort of same feeling.

It was, wow, I can't believe Gretz is yelling at Kenny.

But Kenny handled it well, and he went out, and I think he got the tire in the winter or something like that.

He got a couple, yeah.

Yeah, it was, you know, and then, of course, went on to win the cup.
