And even if each year is sort of a whole innovative dilemma, which, if you're in a business and you see something coming that's going to completely disrupt your business, it's hard to take action and you can actually do that.

So you help other people disrupt your business, and you end up losing.
And it takes courage and conviction to actually
certain days, like, I know my business is at risk, but what I'm doing isn't going to work any longer.
I have to then take action myself to kill the golden goose that I have now to get the other golden goose done.
It's a very, very difficult thing to do.
