We know who owns it, who's done it, whatever, whatever.
But that's not what interests me.
What interests me is that this is the best contemporary art being produced in the world.
Oh, I certainly champion it.
I certainly champion it.
In the very, very early days of our collecting of Indigenous art, about 1980, I sort of had this thought that Aboriginal people, people knew they were good at football.
They're unbelievably good at football because they have this sense where they can put their hand up.
Without looking, they can see.
We've had kids come in here, open the door of the store and say, my mother's works in here, I can tell.
And then they find it.
Or I think my grandmother's work is here.
And then we find something and it is their grandmother's work.
I mean, they have this amazing sense.
But I thought, well, the world knows about that.
And then they've seen Ernie Dingo being an actor.
if they know they are good at art, that's just another dimension to the ability of these people and their stories.
So I don't run around saying, oh, I'm an ambassador for Australian Aboriginal art, but it's out there.
My collection is available for people.
The collection is basically in three parts.
There's about a third Aboriginal, a third Western Australian and a third the rest.
