How do they rank?
In my mind or other people's minds?
Yours, your collection.
No, pretty equal.
But I would like to see it continue in the way that it works now, and that is in sharing and telling stories.
There's a story, well, Guy Gray Smith, one of those first artists we bought, I've got about 105 works by him, and they tell the story of his development.
It's not a collection that's got one of everybody's work.
I'm not interested in that.
And if there are some people say, oh, you haven't got an Albert Tucker.
Well, I don't like Albert Tucker.
So I'd like the idea of that staying together, that telling that story of a person's development in the Indigenous area.
we've really concentrated on a few separate communities, one being Utopia, where we've got a hundred of the batiks that the women made.
And then after they made those batiks, Rodney Gooch gave them all canvas and showed them how to use paint.
And we've got their first 80 paintings.
And then they were going to do Sorry Business and...
the women there couldn't understand why Emily got more money for her paintings than they did.
So Rodney said, well, you're going down the river to do, sorry, business.
We'll do an Emily.
So we've got those 25 paintings where they're all trying to paint like Emily.
Yeah, yeah.
