We want to make sure that there's guys pushing each other.

And every moment in the meeting room matters.

Every moment on the grass obviously matters.

But in regards to that, I would just say that we were always going to, in that moment,

of time in this organization.

Once Kirk had moved on, it felt like the right time and place for a lot of people that we needed to add a young quarterback.

We still feel so strongly about who JJ is and what he's made of and where his upside can get to, all while having lost an entire calendar year of development where

You know, we tried.

We tried virtual reality.

We tried, you know, but nothing quite can mimic what you go through when you go through the ebbs and flows of playing quarterback in the NFL.

And, you know, we also want to make sure we're doing whatever we can because we've got a team we feel like we can win with.

And brought a player in here to add to.

And getting Carson back, you know, I love Carson Wentz, and getting him back in that room has been monumental for the other quarterbacks in that room, Max included, to have a veteran that has seen every possible streak

on the journey of playing quarterback in the NFL when you think about Carson's time.

So, no, I appreciate the question, and I would just say that, you know, I feel really, really good about what we're trying to do right now with the best of intentions for the players in our team, and that's what we attack every single day with no, you know, there's no, I tried to say the other day I wanted to be transparent with all this.

Outside of showing people the practice scripts every day, I'm not sure any more of what I can do to prove that, but I feel good about where it is right now.

Well, I would combine a couple things.

Keith, I think, is at this point in time in his career with his own path to getting here, coming here off of the experience he had in New York.

Keith has coached with and for some phenomenal coaches in the run game.
