Yeah, well again, I think that the public member was very explicit about the concerns and I believe that with the list of parcels, those concerns have borne out.
And I would like to request that we add that we strike the two hundred foot change.

And my complaint was with the process, which is people had made um plans, they had uh got them approved with the city to make improvements to their houses, and then during final inspection they were told about this A ADA requirement to also update their
their sidewalks.
And again, they had put all the work and money into their upgrade and then they were essentially hit with a unexpected ten thousand, twelve thousand dollar fee.
For work that had nothing to do with the improvements or the work that they were doing to their houses.
That was the first issue.
The second thing I noticed is we did the curve, the the uh ADA curb ramp improvements also in my district and other places.
I think that was uh a precursor to the um asphalt, the road resurfacing that was going in later.
But it it seems like in some cases, um residents
can wait for the city to
you know, get the the job done and that's random because I looked around.
Not every ramp had a ADA compliant, not every curb had an ADA compliant ramp put in.
Um certainly
driveways that I thought were a little too steep.
You can see you can see that usually there's a a smooth grade that goes from the street um to the driveway, but there is a a noticeable
