Why are we rushing this?

What is the big hurry that we need to do a complete comprehensive change that the public is largely unaware of at this time?

We have a lot of different things.

When we remove consequences for council members dealing with city employment, this is a problem.

I'm gonna tell you a story.

In 2021, I went to an event and I went to an event and I had a person when the mayor, Mayor Gilmore at that time was speaking, this person came to me and said, oh, I love that woman.

I didn't know who this person was.

This person didn't know who I was.

And I just said, why is that?

Oh my goodness, I'd like to know because I'd like to find reasons to love this woman too.

And he said, well, I couldn't get a job.

I couldn't find a job at all.

And when I couldn't get a job, she got me a job with the city.

And I think, oh my goodness, really?

And he said, yeah, like I couldn't find a job and I got a job with the city.

And now we're removing consequences for this.

Like, why are we doing that?

Right.

I mean, it's funny.
