He's a little bit more sheltered.
I would imagine, you know, a catcher, you know, maybe a corner infielder has a little bit more, you know, ability to hear what's going on.
But, yeah, in the outfield, you hear a lot of it, right?
You know, especially those times in between pitches, right?
You know, obviously a player comes up, you know, the walkout song, the music's playing, you know, the organ's playing.
You don't hear as much, but β
There's a lot of that dead, quiet time in the outfield in between pitches, and you can definitely hear the fans.
It's great stuff.
Yeah, and there's things that you hear that you wish you don't hear, and I think there's a line that as humans in society, I think there's a lot of people that cross the line, and I made this point on Monday too is β
For whatever reason, we get in this vacuum of a stadium or an arena, right?
And all the rules of engagement get thrown out the window, right?
We lose our humanity because we're in this venue, right?
