Dean Wallace is one of the best coaches I've ever recognised.

So I had that many good coaches that helped me.

They went, oh, Dennis Fagan.

So you've got to go and find the best people to help you.

He used to listen to me and say, well, you rang me to ask for an interview and I'm just giving it to you.

I'm not out there canvassing for anybody.

Once he gets a job, I would help him.

Yeah, if he got it.

It's very hard because you can't force your opinion on other people.

I mean, I have spoken to people at times before, but they've never rang to ask any advice.

So they're the sort of things that happen.

I mean, I actually went and asked everybody I could how to find out to be a reasonably good coach.

That's what you have to do.

I went overseas, I chased knowledge anywhere and come back and tried to share it.

And I think that's what leadership is about.

Well, you'd probably say that it would keep the place a bit calmer than where it's been, I would think.
