most of them were were looking at not only the infrastructure but employees as well and uh you know uh the school districts around the the uh the site they're wanting to build at and I mean that was a cornucopia of things.

An infrastructure can be really a bag, a mixed bag of streets and roads, water, sewer, um, you know, power, um

fiber, I mean it the gamut, right, of what they're looking for.

When a data center is is looking, you know, because there's a lot of detractors out there and you see it on social media everywhere, which amazes me that they're anti-data center when they're using so much social media.

But the detractors out there are saying push these large users out into, you know, away from population.

areas, push them into the desert.

from your perspective and from your members perspective, can you maybe touch on what you're looking at as perhaps site selectors from your from your perspective.

And then uh my final question, you know, I I know Commissioner Myers and I travel around a lot talking about data centers.

You know, because we we've become like number two in the in the nation, I think, behind Virginia for data centers.

And so um, you know, we we get asked to to go to conferences and stuff and and speak about data centers and what Arizona is doing.

And one of the things that we continue to bring up is the education that data centers should be doing in the communities that they're wanting to um to be.
