My my thoughts are really kind of uh on par with what Jerem Meyer said is you know, uh my concern is, you know, advanced manufacturing, things like that that come into, you know, the Southeast Valley or you know, other parts of the valley.

Um, you know, a business uh you know, um speed to market was quick.

I don't care what market you're in, speed to market is is is the bottom line, the less money they can spend on the upfront cost means more money that they can spend going vertical quicker.

But when you have a company that's like, hey, I gotta be speed to market, but now I'm waiting however long it's taking to do the scoping and then how much I'm putting into it, A, it's slowing me down, you know, construction-wise, and it's costing me money that I otherwise could be going vertical with.
