I want to ask lastly about sort of the public nature of poetry, and maybe it's a kind of translation in a different way.
We often think of poetry as private or far from the public eye, but you've been a poet very much in the public eye.
How do you approach that?
What do you think about that, having been –
the inaugural poet or poet lord of Miami-Dade County.
And I know you were also the education ambassador for the Academy of American Poets.
