Presumably the situation is worse in the rural areas but I mean are there any parts maybe in bigger cities where there are a few more options open to women?

When we talk about the culture it covers all Afghanistan but in cities there is some private clinics too and in private clinics there is some services the women can find

like they can treat their miscarriages or they can have a birth in the clinics.

But the rural place, they are really killing the women.

Unfortunately, I cannot just pick up my phone right now and call my mum.

It doesn't matter how much we try, it's not going through.
