Former US Attorney General Pam Bondi does not plan to testify before Congress about the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files.
That's according to the DOJ.
Bondi was subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee while she was still serving as Attorney General.
But the Justice Department says the subpoena is now invalid now that she's out of the job.
Democrats are threatening contempt proceedings, while committee leadership says it will contact Bondi's personal lawyer to discuss next steps.
A drug dealer known as the Ketamine Queen has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for supplying the drugs that killed Friends star Matthew Perry in 2023.
Jasveen Sangha pleaded guilty to running a stash house full of narcotics out of her North Hollywood home and knowingly supplying the ketamine that killed the actor.
It's the harshest sentence so far of any of the five people convicted in Perry's death, though two more co-defendants, another drug dealer and Perry's former personal assistant, have yet to be sentenced.
