And his spat with French President Emmanuel Macron has ramped up.

And according to sources on both sides of the pond, that shift is already underway.

The US plans to cut around 200 NATO positions at key command centers that oversee and plan the alliance's military and intel operations.

Trump has also released an AI-generated image of himself planting the US flag in Greenland.

Macron, for his part, says Europe would not give in to bullies or be intimidated.

Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever going even further.

Trump is set to give a keynote speech in Davos later today.
