who we can probably trace serious damage to the American economy, to American health, to people by that individual.
He gives them a coveted, coveted presidential pardon.
At the same time, he's justifying bypassing the United States Constitution.
And now I think it's up to 83 or so people who have been executed in international waters under the guise of somehow fighting
fighting drug trafficking.
So that's one thing.
Does he have the authority to actually be doing these bombings?
Then the second question, like Judge Napolitano mentioned, is, okay, Friday, they did a double strike, reportedly.
They struck the boat once, and then there were two people clinging in the water.
They struck it a second time.
Under the Geneva Conventions,
that people that don't pose any threat are supposed to be given basically aid or put into some kind of custody.
It's expressed that they're not allowed to be executed and murdered, and that's why they're calling that particular element
of it a war crime.
But even as I mentioned, the threshold question under the UN Charter, without some kind of an act of aggression by a country, those strikes themselves are problematic.
But let me just say, kind of at a meta level, Don, because we haven't had a chance to talk in a while.
What's happened to our constitution since January 20th is staggering.
We've seen direct assaults on the first amendment to the United States constitution.
We've seen dismantling of the due process clause under the fifth amendment to the United States constitution.
