Like, we have numerous places within our city that are more dangerous than they need to be.
And that's not an example of a red light camera situation, but it's an example of a known situation where you're having traffic turn into a signaled walkway.

And I think the indecision that we're experiencing judicially around the application of those monies is keeping us from even having that in our back pocket to use in isolated times.

I think something that was explained to me the other day in a different context, it was around how people experience the Board of Elections, and everybody kind of has their own experiences from where they've come from.
I think the same
factors are at play when you have people moving here from all over the country and they have different experiences with what the green arrow means or what the lights mean.
I think we do have an element of education that we can do, but I also think there's an element of engineering and some changes that if we do have the authority, I'd like to understand what that authority is and if we can make some changes that make life a little bit clearer.
