and none of them can provide a solid alibi for steve however he sticks to the same story even after detectives press him for several hours and he willingly gives them a dna sample he's released until they get the results back so now
They turn their attention to Tommy.
He was the last person seen with Brooke at 1 a.m.
walking through the student union towards her house.
Tommy actually comes in on his own accord before they even asked him to drop by.
And Tommy was not a current student at the university.
He was an alumni and he was in town visiting friends.
He does admit that he was with Brooke most of the night.
