maybe about your age, maybe a little bit older, and I first started in this business, I was out covering the Occupy Wall Street protests.

And I was embedded in a couple of those over the years.

And what I saw there is exactly what I'm seeing from these groups.

As a matter of fact, I suspect it's the same people.

I think it's the same funding structure.

I'm going to tell you the story and then I would love

for you to comment on it and see if it matches up with what you've heard from other people.

I was at a protest reporting on it during the day.

They got violent.

The police showed up, started arresting people.

But then a different class of people came in.

A lot of them had suits and ties or they looked like they were business people, not the hippie homeless class that was protesting.

And I was standing beside one of the protesters who had just been arrested.

And his friend turned to one of the suit and tie guys and said,

They're arresting us.

What do we do?

And he said, we already have lawyers at the jail.

Don't worry, he'll be out by midnight.

And that was when I first realized that this wasn't an organic protest movement.

These people were well-funded and well-organized by people who wouldn't dare put themselves on the front line.
