Is that something that has been informed, like you said, by your portrait photography and all of this history?
Kind of where did that come from?
And can you walk us through like what it's like right before you hit record with a guest and you're doing that framework yourself?

And in your book you say silence is not your enemy.
And you have this rule about taking three B, right?
After after a question or after the guest has finished speaking to allow them to kind of continue.
And I wonder if you could talk about that a little bit more because I feel like it's so easy to fill silence, especially nowadays when we have
