So number one is awareness.
A lot of us thought, including me, once the TVs left,
the reporters, well, the disaster must be over.
Like somebody must be there taking care of it.
Not true, not true.
So be aware if you're national across your biggest markets, if you're local, be aware of how you would find out that there's disasters coming or what the plans are to respond because true recovery takes seven years.
It's not the first three days only.
