I was just having a conversation with my editor yesterday and I was like, I'm getting caught up because I feel like my solo episodes, like I need to be this wisdom person.
But like what I actually do best is interview people and like create space to have moments of wisdom.
And she was like, why are you doing solo episodes then?
I was like, oh, yeah, I can literally just keep interviewing people and that makes me happy and that helps others.
So I feel like finding the way that you can do it, especially like as someone who does this with clients a lot, is like just take stepping stones.
