And then basically they then recruit younger officers with less pay.

So they're just replacing people.

So basically I just took the early redundancy scheme.

And at the time, Ben had been medically retired and he'd left.

So I kind of was like, oh, okay, he's not here now.

I'm going to go, got my package and then left.

But he went to open his gym.

His CrossFit gym.

And then I was like, I'm going to be a teacher, a PE teacher, because I'm good at PE, sports.
