And then I was listening to an Andrew Huberman podcast because I love health.
and he was talking about NSDR, non-sleep deep rest.
I was like, wait, I have done this before, yoga nidra.
And he's coined this term, and there's all this controversy around, like, it's a thousand-year-old practice, more than a thousand, like, forever.
Yeah, but also kudos to him because he's bringing it to, like, new people and more people.
I've done yoga nidra before, but I picked it back up and I was touring at the time and exhausted on the road, like not getting enough sleep.
I like my 10 hours, getting like six.
And then you look at your ring and it's like four and a half because you wake up in the night.
