It references section 15 and I believe it should be referencing section 14 with regards to noticing.

Could you address the the kind of the request to have the item go to the planning commission because it kind of ties into the earlier information for people wanting to speak to this item for what it actually entailed what what we were what's on the agenda versus some of the other issues people wanted to discuss.
That makes sense.
I cannot speak to it needing or not needing to go to the Planning Commission.
It's my expectation because it's an SB 35 project.
It doesn't need to go to Planning Commission.
And I can also say that the first part of the larger project that the developer will be moving forward with is an Eden housing, affordable housing building.
And they are working diligently to secure tax credits
And it's my understanding that if we delay approval, we could compromise their ability to get those tax credits, as we've seen in other projects that the city's looked at.
And since this is the last council meeting for a month, the developer is in dire need to get an approval of the project today.
