I did ask for this item to be pulled.
I did want the interim city attorney's contract to be extended to December 31st, as opposed to October 31st.
I thought that was sort of an awkward time, and I felt that an extension till the end of the year made more sense, and then we would start
the next year with either the continuation of services on new city attorney, but it just seemed to make sense to continue at least until December the services of A&W with Floyd Andrews as our interim city attorney.
okay thank you um i'm thinking in terms of the timeline election uh if if it were to go to december until the end of december when would you be suggesting that there be an evaluation done
um because as we were as we're scheduled now the plan was that we would have an evaluation sometime in september and we would have a decision i believe in october on that now if you move it up to december you'll have a newly seated council that doesn't have
